He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, equipping him with both the strategic insight and practical skills to lead effectively in ministry and in the marketplace. R. Shawn is the Lead Pastor of Capacity Church Philly, located in the Germantown section of the city, where the vision is “To be a place where people discover the possibilities of a faith-filled life in Jesus Christ.”
A serial-preneur under the umbrella of Edmonds Enterprises, he owns and operates ventures in real estate, food services, apparel, and technology. Regardless of the capacity in which he serves, his authenticity and passion are evident in all that he says and does.
Marquissa R. Williams is the Executive Pastor of Capacity Church Philly and Founder of Elevate Leadership Enterprises, where she equips churches and small businesses through strategy, leadership development, and organizational growth. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Keiser University and holds degrees in theological studies, organizational leadership, and pastoral studies. Passionate about helping people lead with confidence, she empowers others through God’s Word, practical guidance, and innovative strategies that strengthen purpose and growth. Above all, she loves the Lord wholeheartedly (Matthew 22:37) and strives to reflect her faith in every aspect of her life and work.
Pastor Darren William Croft, born in Amityville, NY and raised in Philadelphia, discovered his passion for music and ministry early, participating in school choir, drama, and various Philadelphia choirs and ensembles. A graduate of Martin Luther King High School and former Temple University student, he has served the church in roles ranging from choir director and men’s ministry leader to church administrator and senior associate. Licensed and ordained at Zoe Fellowship Bible Church under Bishop R. Daniel Sutton II, he later pastored New Umbria Baptist Church and New Gethsemane Baptist Church, serving the latter from 2015 to 2021. He now ministers as an Associate Pastor at Capacity Church Philly under Pastor R. Shawn Edmonds. Married to Tiffany B. Graves since 2004 and the father of two sons, Ian and Justin, Pastor Croft carries a deep passion for strengthening God’s people—especially men and youth—and lives by Luke 9:62.
