CapU Track 100 - Foundations
The Cap U 100 Track is the first step in growing as a believer. It teaches the fundamentals of faith and theological beliefs. Additionally, you’ll learn about the culture, leadership and life of Capacity Church.
CapU Track 200 - Formation
Cap Track 200 is a foundational course focused on building a deeper understanding of faith and discipleship. This course explores essential topics, including Who is God?, offering insight into the nature of God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus. It also covers the foundational truths of Salvation, the nature and purpose of Humanity, the power and practice of Prayer, and the importance of the Bible in the life of a believer. Cap 200 equips participants with the knowledge and tools to grow in their faith and live as devoted disciples.
CapU Track 300 - Expansion
Cap Track 300 is designed to help partners deepen their spiritual growth and develop a lifestyle of stewardship. This course provides practical tools for How to Study the Bible, enabling participants to engage with Scripture more effectively, and emphasizes Putting Spiritual Disciplines into Practice, such as prayer, fasting, and daily devotion, to foster a closer relationship with God. It also explores the Importance of Giving and Tithing/Generosity, delving into the biblical principles of stewardship and the joy of a generous heart. Finally, the course highlights the value of Serving in Ministry, encouraging participants to discover how their unique gifts can be used to serve others and glorify God. Cap 300 equips participants to live a spiritually disciplined, impactful, and purpose-driven life.
CapU Track 400 - Leadership I
Cap 400 is designed to equip partners with the tools and knowledge to lead effectively through a Christ-centered approach. This course covers Spiritual Leadership Fundamentals, providing a foundation for understanding the principles of leadership rooted in faith. Participants will also explore Defining Christian/Spiritual Leadership, examining what it means to lead with integrity, humility, and a servant’s heart. Finally, the course emphasizes Modeling Christ-like Leadership, encouraging leaders to emulate the character of Jesus in their actions, decisions, and influence. Cap 400 prepares participants to lead with purpose, inspire others, and advance the mission of Christ in every sphere of life.
CapU Track 500 - Leadership II
Cap Track 500 is an advanced leadership course designed to refine and enhance leadership skills for those committed to leading effectively in ministry and beyond. The course focuses on essential topics such as Team Building, equipping leaders to create cohesive and collaborative teams, and Communication, emphasizing clear, impactful, and empathetic interactions. Participants will also delve into Ministry Planning, learning strategies for organizing and executing effective ministry initiatives. Recognizing the challenges leaders face, the course includes a focus on Self-Care as a Leader, highlighting the importance of maintaining personal well-being while serving others, and Spiritual Discipline, encouraging consistent practices that nurture spiritual growth. Cap 500 empowers leaders to excel with confidence, balance, and a Christ-centered focus.
CapU Track 600 - Leadership III
Cap Track 600 is a specialized course designed for those called to leadership roles in ministry, including ministers, deacons, and counselors. The course begins with Basic Theology, providing a foundational understanding of key theological concepts essential for ministry. Participants will also engage in focused training through Ministers in Training, equipping future ministers with the knowledge and skills needed to lead effectively; Deacons in Training, preparing individuals to serve faithfully in their roles; and Counseling Basics, offering practical tools for providing compassionate and biblically grounded guidance. Cap 600 is tailored to empower ministry leaders with the theological and practical foundation necessary for impactful service.
